In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
This policy explains optional purchases and the use of virtual currency and virtual items on newonlinegaming.com (the “Service”) operated by New Online Gaming Limited.
1) Virtual currency and virtual items (no cash value)
- Any virtual coins, tokens, credits, points, boosters, or similar virtual items (“Virtual Items”) are for entertainment gameplay only.
- Virtual Items have no cash value, are not withdrawable, and are not redeemable for money, prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of value.
- Virtual Items are not transferable, not sellable, and may not be traded outside the Service. We do not recognize third‑party sales or exchanges.
2) Optional purchases and pricing
The Service may offer optional purchases (e.g., coin packages or bundles). Prices are shown at checkout or in the app/store listing and are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply where required.
3) Subscriptions (if offered)
If we offer a subscription, we will disclose the price, billing frequency, and benefits at sign‑up. Unless disclosed otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the platform or account settings used to purchase; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or the applicable store’s policy.
4) Refunds and charge issues
- Store purchases (Apple/Google/other marketplaces): refunds are handled by the store and subject to that store’s rules. Please request a refund directly through the store where you purchased.
- Web purchases (if available): contact us at contact@newonlinegaming.com with your account email/ID, date, amount, and transaction details. We will review and respond in a commercially reasonable time. Approved refunds (if any) are issued to the original payment method.
- Because Virtual Items are delivered instantly and have no cash value, purchases are generally final except where required by applicable law or the payment platform’s policies.
5) Fraud, misuse, and reversals
We may suspend or terminate access and/or remove Virtual Items associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, chargebacks, abuse, or violations of our terms. Chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased Virtual Items and the Service.
6) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
