Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using our social casino game and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility (20+)

You must be at least 20 years old, in line with the minimum age we apply for casino-style social gaming in New Zealand under the Gambling Act 2003, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with applicable New Zealand laws.

3) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is for entertainment and simulated casino-style gameplay only.
• No real-money gambling is offered or enabled through the Service.
• No prizes or items of real-world value are awarded.
• Virtual coins/currency/items have no cash value, are non-redeemable, non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.

4) Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automate play, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to access non-public systems, reverse engineer (except as allowed by law), or bypass security.

6) In-app purchases (if offered)

• Purchases may grant virtual items only and do not create real-world value.
• All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Prices, offerings, and availability may change. We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks, is owned by New Online Gaming Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, pose risk, or for operational/security reasons. Virtual items may be forfeited upon termination to the extent permitted by law.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Online Gaming Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event (or NZ$100 if none).

11) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first to try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Eligible disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand; any other legal action must be brought before the courts of New Zealand, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
